Founded in 1994, Strategic Personnel is a dynamic, owner managed recruitment consultancy niche’d within the Financial Services, Professional and Office Management sectors. Strategic Personnel offers Permanent as well as Temporary and Contract recruitment solutions which cover everything from permanent to contingency, short, medium and long term employment solutions.

With a successful track record since 1994, Strategic Personnel has thrived in an era of dramatic corporate change. Strategic Personnel’s BEE transformation culminated in the conclusion of a BEE transaction in 2004. As of May 2016 we are 51% black owned and are recognized as a Level 2 BB-BEE contributor.

Strategic Personnel has been built on our key relationships with leading Banks, Financial Services companies and other leading Corporates. Initially Strategic Personnel focused on more traditional Banking and Accounting type vacancies including areas such as:

  • Financial Management, Finance, Accounting, Risk and Audit, Treasury, Specialised Finance & Front Office, Back Office, Business Development and Client Development.

As Strategic Personnel continued to grow and expand we broadened our areas of expertise to include Professional sectors such as:

We also continue to be successful placing in such areas as:
